I haven't done these workouts in years, but this is the only "series" that I have ever tried and stuck with for more than a week (until ETK) because of its effectiveness and the instructors approach to the workouts. I really feel like I am in a class when I do these workouts, as opposed to the personal trainer feeling other instructors give. There are definitely some issues with counting reps and making sure that both sides of the body get equal time, but it was easy for me to forgive since they have done the best things for my physical appearance (up until kettlebells, that is ;]) and can easy set a timer myself or count my own reps.

Before I got into creating my own and doing paper workouts, I used to workout to DVD. This was my absolute favorite lower body workout, aside from Buns of Steel. (demo video included)
