Get ready to start your engines! (*sigh, I know that was cheezy but considering where I live it was bound to make an appearance!)
You can definitely add weights to this if you feel up to it, but I really wanted to focus on form. This is a great metabolic workout in its own right. Just make sure that if you do this with weights, you are paying attention to your form - this is a high rep workout, and you are not weak if you have to drop the weight load. :) The exercises:

And it was tough, but I am still doing it with a weighted vest when I get back from vaca - can't wait!
