Oh my gosh, it is so amazing here! Usually we like quiet places, but this is a nice change of pace - there is always something happening everywhere we walk, and there are lots of interesting people to talk to and meet. It would be fun if you were here! We could work out hard in the morning and chill on the beach and body surf in the waves in the late morning into the evening!
I did this workout yesterday and thought it was great. I was especially surprised by the intensity of the static lunge jumps..... I thought they'd be an easier variation to jump lunges but I was wrong and I've got sore glutes today to prove it!
Carrie, I am glad you liked it! I was sore for 2 days in my glutes from those jumps. About half-way through the workout I was wondering "what was I THINKING!" I hope that the soreness didn't take as long for you as it did for me
