The Push Up Workout

Named because you do lots of push ups ;-)

 

  1. Round 1:
  • Lunge Back Knee Jump Ups, 10 on each leg
  • 10 Spiderman Push Ups
  • 6 Rounds
  1. Round 2:
  • 10 Prisoner Squats w/ alternating Knee Up
  • 5 Push Up w/ Plank Jacks
  • 5 Rounds
  1. Round 3:
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Walkout Push Ups
  • 4 Rounds
  1. Round 4:
  • 10 Knee Slaps
  • 1 Get Down/Get Ups
  • 3 Minutes

That's 135 push ups altogether, my shoulders were toast.

I really loved this workout! All of it was awesome... the couplets of cardio and push ups, the sheer number of push ups, and the 3 minute add on at the end. It was great, thanks for another terrific bodyweight wo!

Carrie, I am so happy you liked it! This is one that I put lots of hearts around in my book so that I'll be sure to do it again. Did you time yourself? I didn't, but next time I will for sure. You will have to let me know how you feel tomorrow morning... today I am SO SORE all around my scapula from the walkouts (at least I think that's where it's from). It feels good to know I worked something that normally doesn't get anything!

Yep, a little sore in my scapular area and in my core. I agree, it is a great feeling!

OMG! I did this yesterday and mostly from my knees and my whole chest, shoulder, upper back, and some arm are killing me today. So today I did your Real Buns of Steel so I'm sure my legs are going to be sore tomorrow! I miss your videos! I hope you're doing well.
