I finished 2 rounds of each exercise before moving on down the list. I wish I had something higher besides the 14" high step, it was a little too easy - good thing I put it first. Even though it wasn't too difficult it still got my heart rate up, and was a nice preparer for the rest of the workout. Tuck Jumps and Fast Kicks suck. Really suck.Tight abs and glutes are crucial, and I thought I was going to be killed. For the Low Skaters, I leaped as wide as I was able, which was very difficult after the kicks. I am going to make the cross country team do some of these exercises because there is NO WAY you can do this workout and not have a stronger heart. I love this workout. :D |

This workout was killer!!!!! I changed up some of the intervals as I have osteo-arthritis in my right clavicle that gives me a bother now and again. All in all...this workout was puke-worthy...I LOVED it...I was literally drenched in sweat
But I am afraid to hear what you really thought about it, lol!

Didn't you just feel so tough when it was over? I haven't felt like that in a long time, it was like my lungs were opening up in places they hadn't needed to for a long time.

I like your website. I did this high intensity work out and 3 hours later my legs are still sore. It was great at working my calves, thighs, etc. I DO NOT like the fast kicks - you are right, they really really suck which means I need to do them. :)
It was great seeing you again last night.
