I have about 5 minutes to post this workout, so I have to KISS. Even though I like to talk. A lot. Too much. :p

The timer is set for 8 rounds (or 32 if you are feeling ambitious) of 10 seconds rest 20 seconds work. I repeated the following circuit 4 times with a short break in between because I am just getting back to using my shoulder:

 

  1. Pendulum Push-ups
  2. Knee Highs
  3. Jumping Pull-ups
  4. Jump Thrusts
  5. Side Crunches (right)
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Side Crunches (left)
  8. Jump Squats
