Hardest Workout EVER!

The guys at Training Room Online are awesome. This is the hardest workout I've done, and it really catches up to you once the round is over.

  1. Timer set for 6 rounds of 30 seconds.
  2. Do these exercises in order:
  • KB Swings
  • Mountain Climbers
  • KB High Pulls
  • Spiderman Pushups
  • KB Thrusters
  • Burpees
  1. Take 1:30-2:00 minute break
  2. Repeat for 3-5 rounds.
  3. IT IS KILLER! This is my "post-holiday-celebration" workout, I've done it more than any of the other Crossfits. ;-)

p.s. YES, it is an old video! It does not look like that outside here. :p It was hiding in my youtube account & I pulled it out when I was browsing yesterday.

Hey Tiffany, I am using 30# here. I probably could have used 35# for the swings, but I wanted to use one size for the entire workout.

I did it for 5 rounds, but if you can do as little as 3 and it will still boost your metabolism so you'll be burning more calories at rest.

What do you reccomend as a kettlebell weight to start with? I'm not new to working out but have never used a kettlebell. From what I've read, 26 lbs/13 kg is a good one. Thanks!

I wouldn't start with anything lighter than 8kg, because swinging anything lighter wouldn't be any good. If you are a more advanced exerciser you can start with 12kg, and if you are super awesome/elite start with 16kg. HTH!

I am hoping that kettlebells will catch on in South America soon, RKC just went to Venezuela recently so hopefully they will be more accessible to you when/if you return. :)

You have to let me know how you like this workout! This is by far the most difficult workout that I have EVER done, it humbles me every single time I do it.
