Now that the weather is nice again, I am having a lot of fun doing the workouts that I did outdoors last summer - including this one. This interval workout will kill any fat that tries to cross its path as well as make you feel just flat out AWESOME for attempting it! You do need a variety of equipment, but you can make do with whatever you may have around the house.
Equipment needed:
The Workout:40 seconds of hard work, 20 seconds of rest each exercise - WORK YOUR HARDEST! It doesn't work if you don't.
Repeat 4 times If you aren't sweating then you aren't doing something right. ;) Completed on:
