30/15 Interval Circuit and Sweat Fest

This is a short but intense 18 minute workout I did this morning - crazily - in the 80* morning sun and humidity, no breeze. It felt good to be outside, though, and I try to get out as much as possible, even when it's hot. :)

I set my timer for 24 rounds of 15 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of work. I did a sequence of 4 exercises and repeated each one 6 times. I did not keep track of reps because I was really just trying to keep breathing!

Workout Sequence:

  1. Kettlebell High Pulls
  2. Racked Right Rear Lunge
  3. Jump Thrusts
  4. Racked Left Rear Lunge

yeah, I noticed it too: I think it's because I did it outside and the sound is bouncing all over the place. I have an extra mic I will hook up next time.
