Major Milestones and Strength Gains via ETK. This program has literally made me bulletproof - well, maybe not literally, but I have had ENORMOUS strength gains with this program and have improved my form tremendously. I am doing pull-ups like I never even dreamed of, swinging a 44# bell easily and I can press a 35# bell with my left arm. I would never have dreamed it possible for me to be able to achieve one of those elements, let alone all within the same month. These are videos of what I have been able to accomplish using ETK. |
