Snatch Tabata

Just a little something to start off my day, a snatch tabata - aiming for perfect form - to boost metabolism, strengthen hip/back/shoulder/core/legs and some practice with the goblet squat and push-ups. Better than coffee.

 

BTW, this video is meant to be snarky. I'm just practicing and was feeling saucy in the monotony of

trying to figure this program out. ;)
