Week 10, Day 6 of Enter the Kettlebell.
I reached a goal I never even knew I had. I did 75 pull-ups completely unassisted, completely by my own bodyweight. Ho-ly-cow. You really don't know what you can do until you try, you don't know what you are capable of until you test yourself. |
