oK I'M GONNA DO THIS TOMORROW,, what size bell are you using here. I just bought a 12k. i'm sure my numbers will be low. i'm used to a 8 pound

ok sorry i watched this one more time, i don't usually swing the bell that far back in between my legs when i swing. am i supposed to be?

The way I understand it, the further back you pull the bell (backswing) the more power you have. When you don't pull the bell back as far I believe it's called a GS style swing - and I honestly don't know what the difference is between GS and Hardstyle (I do Hardstyle) because I haven't researched it. So not pulling it back isn't wrong, it's just a different style of kettlebelling.
