Kettlebell Warmup: Wall Squats

There are three exercises I do every single time I swing, clean or snatch the kettlebell: face the wall squats, pumps and halos. I cover how I perform the face the wall squats - correcting how I previously advised.

 

 

If you have any questions, just ask! I was in a hurry when I made this video so I am sure that I wasn't thorough.

You will want to do 2-3 sets of 10 reps each along with some other joint mobility exercises before you begin your kettlebell workout. These are a great way of lubing you up for some hip snap action and they prepare your muscles while at the same time stretching you out.
