I was listening to this song the other day and REALLY loved it, it makes me want to move so this workout is dedicated to "I Like the Way You Move."
The protocol is simple, 20 seconds of rest & 40 seconds of work, and it consists of the following exercises:
KB High Pulls
KB Thrusters
Burpees
Overhead Swings
Mountain Climbers
High Knees Jump Rope
Rest
I did only 3 rounds, but wanted to do 5. My body told me to stop, so I obeyed. ;-) What I did was take the number of exercises, which is 7 including rest, and multiply it by how many rounds you want to do, so in my case it was 21 (20 because I didn't count the last rest as "workout") rounds of 20/40. 4 Rounds would be 28, and 5 rounds 35 respectively. \
*I did plan on doing Jumping Pull-ups as the first exercise, but it was a no-go, I was rock climbing yesterday and I am pretty sore. Next time I do this workout, I would do JPU instead.
**As always, if you are unsure about any of the exercises PLEASE see a trainer for proper technique or modify where needed.
I know the video is a bit indulgent, I was making the video and saw that the movie maker had updated and had all these new (neat) additions so I had to play around. :o)
