SHORT Swing Circuit

I am still recovering from a shoulder injury, so this short workout was just right for someone who hasn't done anything in a while and doesn't want to stress anything out. I didn't do much cutting and kept the first and last rounds in full for the video because I liked listening to the music. :p Here is a link to Does It Offend You, Yeah's myspace page for anyone who liked what they heard.

 

The workout:

  1. 3 Pull or Chin ups
  2. 10 Swings
  3. 12 Push ups
  4. 20 Tactical Lunges
  5. 5 Rounds

Finished in less than 12 minutes, so it is a nice warm up or add on. :)

well this looks good although i can't do the pull ups ha ha................... oh well.
also what are stacked squats you mentioned them earlier
