Marianne's Tight Buns Kettlebell Workout

THIS WAS A GREAT WORKOUT! A real heart bumper and butt buster, let me tell you! Thank you again Marianne!

It's pretty simple:

 

  1. 10 Squats with Rotational Lift
  2. 10 Swings
  3. 10 Squat Thrust with deadlift
  4. 10 Thrusters (10 total)
  5. Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes

 

It is a lot harder than it looks! The thrusters at the end get ya good. :D

Completed on:

  1. June 14, 2010 with 5 rounds plus Squats, Swings and 3 ST and DL
