Hey guys, this workout was inspired by Grapewine! I haven't used anything but a kettlebell in my workouts for a long time so it was great to try something new. It is a two part workout that is only 20 minutes altogether, but I am already feeling it in my legs.
If you do this you will need to set your timer for 24 rounds of 10 seconds rest and 30 seconds of work. Equipment you will need are dumbells, a high step or chair, med ball and a mat. I repeated 4 different exercises 6 times each - this is a great metabolic workout! I topped it off with a mountain climber Tabata just for fun. ;) For an added challenge, skip the rests and go directly to the exercises. By the 3rd round I used the timer more of an indicator as to when the round was over than when it was beginning because I had a nice flow going! The exercises are as follows:
Immediately follow this with a Mountain Climber Tabata, 10 seconds of rest and 20 seconds of all out work! If you do this, let me know what you think and how you did. If you have any other suggestions just shout it out: it is fun to workout with you guys! :) |

LOL! I have done that so many times, tehe!
Good luck with that MC! It just about killed me. I am doing my TGUs this morning right after I drop DD off at school.
