This is my first day back after almost 2 weeks with absolutely no resistance training, so I decided to create a metabolic workout that would use all of my body, but wouldn't be too taxing (or leave me sore - I hope!). I broke the vids up into 4 parts so that it would be easier to follow the 4 segments of this workout. If you do this, start at the bottom and work in reverse order of how the workout is presented on the page. ;) Part 4:

Thanks so much for posting your inspiring workouts.
Could you tell me what you use to time intervals? Where do you buy that kind of a timer?
I would also like to know a bit more about what you record in your notebook.
Thanks again for all your tips and sharing of information.

And a generic timer you can set:

These were my favorite sites until I got the gymboss.
In this particular clip I am just marking off the rounds I've finished so I don't lose track, because my mind does tend to forget where it's at when I am focusing on the workout.
Thank you so much for your comment!

Glad to see that you are back at it! Hope you aren't too sore. My weeks hiatus at the cottage has definitely set my progress back but I will be working hard to catch back up!
Great job!

Is there anything you would like to see? I am trying new things since I am putting kettlebells up for a while and would like to try new things. All ideas welcome!

I was just thinking as you were saying that you were looking for something different. My plan is to wait till my Bday in Sept. but I am going to ask for a TRX. But that you could be something different to try for a while. When I use the kids swing set rings and swings in a similar way it is a great workout and yet different too. Anyways, I wouldn't be worried about VF nothing to be ashamed of!!! Check out the TRX site there is some really cool looking vid!
Anyways, just a thought!
